Caregiver Coaching
Caring for an Autistic loved one can be deeply rewarding, yet it often comes with unique challenges. As an Autistic individual and a parent of four Autistic children, now aged between 17 and 26, I bring lived experience, empathy, and firsthand insights to my caregiver coaching. My personalized coaching sessions provide practical guidance and emotional support to help you confidently navigate caregiving, foster supportive relationships, and advocate effectively alongside your Autistic family members.
What you’ll gain from caregiver coaching:
- The journey of parenting starts with you. Breathe.
- Emotional support and personalized self-care strategies to strengthen caregiver resilience
- You are the Care Team Leader for your Autistic child. Guidance for effectively navigating educational, healthcare, and support systems
- Confidence in advocating for and with your Autistic loved ones in various life contexts
Together, we’ll create a supportive and empowering framework that enriches your caregiving journey so that you can enhance the lives of the Autistic individuals you care for.
